Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al ristorante gourmet &quot;Il Ritrovo&quot; ad Atena Lucana, all&#39;interno dell&#39;Hotel Venus, e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dell&#39;esperienza avuta. In particolare, la tagliata di manzo &egrave; stata un vero trionfo di sapori e una delizia per i sensi.Il servizio cordiale e attento ci ha accolti in un&#39;atmosfera soffusa con location stupenda che ricorda un antico rudere con vista sulla piscina esterna. Abbiamo scelto antipasti e due secondi, tutti eccellenti e di gran classe gi&agrave; dalla presentazione visiva, ma la tagliata con porcini &egrave; grana &egrave; stata una vera e propria esperienza sensoriale. La carne perfettamente cucinata, tenera e succulenta al punto giusto dal sapore intenso e pieno, con una nota affumicata che aggiungeva un tocco di profondit&agrave; al piatto. L&#39;accompagnamento della salsa di rucola ha infine creato un equilibrio perfetto di sapori.Ottimi anche i dolci, soprattutto il tiramis&ugrave; scomposto. Lo sconto &egrave; stato correttamente applicato alle portate principali.Consigliatissimo.

We had the pleasure of dining at the gourmet restaurant &quot;The Retrovo&quot; in Athens Lucana, within the Venus Hotel, and we were very happy with the experience. The cutting of the beef was a true triumph of flavors and a delicious sense.The friendly and careful service welcomed us in a soft atmosphere with a wonderful location that reminds an ancient ruder with views of the outdoor pool. We have chosen meals and two seconds, all excellent and high-class from the visual presentation, but the cutting with pigs is grain has been a real sensual experience. The flavour of the soup was sweet and sweet at the right point, with a smoked note that added a touch of depth to the plate. The accompanying of the rucola sauce finally created a perfect balance of flavors. The discount was correctly applied to the main ranges.
